Auto-Renewal Agreement

By subscribing to Easy Connect Suite products (including Easy Connect SSH and Easy Link Assist) through authorized application stores or payment channels, you agree to the following auto-renewal terms. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for auto-renewing subscriptions to our premium services.
1. Subscription Services & Scope
This agreement covers all recurring subscriptions offered under the Easy Connect Suite:
- Easy Connect SSH Premium: Monthly or Yearly plans that unlock high-speed nodes, unlimited bandwidth, and premium technical support.
- Easy Link Assist Standard / Pro: Monthly or Yearly plans that unlock multi-session concurrent screen sharing and high-fps remote control capacities.
- Exclusion of Consumable Packs: One-time top-up minute packs (e.g., 60 Assist Minutes, 360 Assist Minutes) are pay-as-you-go consumables. They are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.
2. Automatic Renewal Mechanism
2.1 Renewal Timing & Cancellation
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each designated billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) unless you actively turn off or cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
2.2 Billing & Payment Processing
Payment will be charged to your authorized account (such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or selected third-party payment profiles) at the confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle, clearly identifying the cost of the renewal.
3. Pricing Policies
The price of each subscription plan is clearly displayed within the respective application at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust prices. If a price adjustment occurs, we (or the corresponding application store) will notify you in writing in advance. Your continued use of the subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes your explicit agreement to pay the modified subscription fees.
4. Cancellation and Subscription Management
4.1 How to Cancel
You can manage your active subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time:
- For iOS/macOS purchases: Open system Settings → Tap your Name/Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- For Android/Google Play purchases: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions.
- For direct payment profiles: Access the in-app Subscription Management console.
4.2 Deleting or Uninstalling the App
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: Simply uninstalling or deleting the application from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manually turn off auto-renewal in your account settings using the steps outlined in Section 4.1.

All subscription purchase refunds are strictly governed by the refund rules of the respective application store or payment channel where the purchase was completed. Please contact their customer support team directly to submit refund inquiries.
