- Payment Information: Processed securely by authorized application stores (such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and certified third-party payment gateways. We do not store or host your credit card numbers or raw billing details.
1.2 Technical and Usage Data (Easy Connect SSH)
To verify licenses and ensure connectivity stability, we may collect:
- Device Information: Model, operating system version, and a unique randomized device identifier.
- Connection Statistics: Timestamps of successful connections and the volume of bytes transferred.
- Strict Privacy Guarantee: We do not collect, monitor, or log your browsing history, DNS queries, web traffic contents, or the IP addresses of websites you visit.
1.3 Media and Interaction Data (Easy Link Assist)
Easy Link Assist requires specific real-time screen capture and command injection capabilities to operate:
- Real-Time Screen Capture Streams: When you initiate a screen-sharing session, the app captures your screen frames.
- Zero Storage Policy: We never save, store, record, or analyze any screen frames, images, or video streams on our servers. All frames are converted to encrypted packets and immediately discarded after delivery to the assistant.
- Remote Control & Command Input: If you grant Accessibility or Assistive services permission, the application transmits mouse clicks, scroll gestures, and keystrokes initiated by your assistant.
- Zero Input Logging Policy: We do not log, inspect, or retain any keystrokes, gestures, or command inputs. These inputs are executed directly in memory and immediately discarded.
- Camera & Microphone: The app does not utilize or request camera or microphone permissions unless you explicitly activate an integrated voice chat option.
2. How We Use and Shield Your Information
2.1 Service Provisioning & Performance
We use technical data to:
- Authenticate subscriptions and enforce device limits.
- Optimize globally distributed relay nodes to match your latency and network profiles.
2.2 Advanced Privacy Protections (Easy Link Assist)
- End-to-End Encryption (E2EE): All media frames and remote control commands are secured via TLS 1.3 and AES-256 E2EE. Intermediary servers (including our relay nodes) only route raw encrypted frames and possess no decryption keys.
- Sensitive Field Auto-Masking: The client application integrates local intelligence to identify password entry fields, SMS verification forms, and payment fields, automatically masking or blacking out those regions on the assistant's side to prevent personal data exposure.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only with:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors providing analytics, payment processing, or global cloud infrastructure (e.g., node hosting).
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights, we may disclose information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical security measures (including secure memory execution and strict session key rotation) to protect your information.
