Welcome to EasyConnect SSH (the "Service"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EasyConnect SSH's software, website, and services. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acknowledgment

You and EasyConnect SSH acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and EasyConnect SSH only, and not with the application stores or distribution channels ("Application Stores") from which you downloaded the app. EasyConnect SSH, not the Application Stores, is solely responsible for the Service and its content.

2. Scope of License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service on any supported devices that you own or control, and as permitted by the usage rules set forth by the Application Stores.

3. Maintenance and Support

EasyConnect SSH is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service. You acknowledge that the Application Stores have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.

4. Warranty and Product Claims

EasyConnect SSH is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service or your possession and/or use of the Service, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Service fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. The Application Stores have no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the Service or your possession and use of the Service infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, EasyConnect SSH, not the Application Stores, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

6. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a government embargo, or that has been designated by the government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

7. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that the Application Stores and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms, the Application Stores will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
• Transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt or destroy computer software or hardware.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
• Access or attempt to access the Service by any means other than through the interface provided by EasyConnect SSH.

9. Cybersecurity Compliance

9.1 Legal and Regulatory Compliance

You agree to use the Service in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including cybersecurity and personal information protection laws. You shall not engage in activities that endanger national security or interests.

9.2 Prohibited Cross-Border Networking

You acknowledge that international networking must comply with relevant regulations. You agree to use the Service only within the scope of legal business operations and are strictly prohibited from using the Service to establish illegal channels for cross-border networking.

9.3 Security Audit and Log Retention

To fulfill legal obligations, we reserve the right to conduct security audits and retain network logs as required by regulatory authorities.

9.4 Prohibited Resale

You shall not transfer your account to any third party or use the Service for unauthorized resale.

10. Subscription and Payments

10.1 Subscription

Certain features require a paid subscription.

10.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

10.3 Management

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Application Store account settings after purchase.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". We disclaim all warranties. EasyConnect SSH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
