Auto-Renewal Agreement

By subscribing to EasyConnect SSH through authorized application stores or payment channels, you agree to the following auto-renewal terms. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for auto-renewing subscriptions to our premium services.
1. Subscription Service
Our subscription service provides you with advanced features, including but not limited to high-speed nodes, unlimited bandwidth, and premium support, as detailed in the application at the time of purchase.
2. Automatic Renewal
2.1 Renewal Timing
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually) unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
2.2 Payment
Payment will be charged to your authorized application store account at the confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period, identifying the cost of the renewal.
3. Pricing
The price of the subscription is displayed within the app at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices, and we (or the application store) will notify you in advance of any price changes that affect your existing subscriptions. Your continued use of the subscription after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription amount.
4. Cancellation and Management
4.1 How to Cancel
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your specific application store account settings. Please navigate to the subscription management section within the application store where you originally made the purchase.
4.2 Deleting the App
Please Note: Deleting the application does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel it through your application store account settings as described above.
5. Refunds
Refund policies are governed by the respective application store from which you purchased the subscription. Please contact their customer support for refund requests.
